Did You Know?

During his storied career, Stewart notched 201 receptions for 2,668 yards and 25 touchdowns. He tallied 81 receptions for 1,028 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2009. This after a 2008 campaign that included 76 receptions for 1,138 yards and 12 scores.

Big Game Play:

On September 6, 2008, Stewart tallied 11 catches for 136 yards and 2 touchdowns vs. Tennessee State. He continued his strong 2008 season just three weeks later, with 8 receptions for 179 yards and two scores vs. Jackson State on the road.

He went on to record three more 100 yard receiving performances for the season, including a 174 yard performance vs. Grambling State in the 2008 Bayou Classic in the Superdome.

In 2009, Stewart's best game once again came against the best competition. He exploded for 12 catches and 162 yards versus SWAC champion Prairie View A&M on October 22nd.
