DraftNasty Throwback: 'Moss feeling the heat'-Part One (Trailer)

While some professional athletes use the heat and elements of summer to train inside, others relish the sweat, pain and humidity of the steamy, yet often grueling conditions. For New England Patriots' 13-year pro Randy Moss, it's all about South Florida when it's time to grind. In a part one snippet of his upcoming documentary 'Moss feeling the heat', DraftNasty learns that both Moss and eight-year trainer Tim Martin turn up the volume when under the sun.

Yeah, sign the trainer up, the Pats could use him as a fullback or H-back. Moss looks great and I hope he re-signs with the Pats! Mike

Randy Moss gets it in. I love this workout and what makes it more noteworthy is he is training in a high humidic region. Give that man his props! Holla @ me on facebook Randy if you need a new agent. You should be on the cover of Wheaties brother.

I love you man! I wan't to see you as a Pat for the rest of your career! If that doesn't happen I thank you and will admire you where ever you are!

I'm a life long Pats fan and it's a pleasure to watch you play! The only Pat receiver I respect more than you is Stanley the steamer!!

Good luck Randy Kick sum ass!! Oh! Tell Tom to stop swearing! He got picked up saying "you've got to be fucking kidding" late in the game :+)

Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword....wait there's even more Now what if i told you there was a simple Wordpress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That's right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin
