LB Jerry Franklin recovered it and ran 94 yards for a touchdown to tie the game after they converted a two-point conversion. Razorbacks' kicker Zach Hocker nailed a clutch 42-yard field goal to put Arkansas up 31-28. Hocker finished the day with three field goals (Long-50). The Commodores had one last shot to tie the game and go into overtime, but with :12 seconds left on the clock Carey Spear missed a 27-yard field goal. The eighth-ranked Razorbacsk return to Fayetteville this week to face the 10th-ranked South Carolina Gamecocks on homecoming. Vandy (4-4, 1-4 SEC) will go to Gainesville to battle the Florida Gators.
