Rams grounded by Utes


The Utah Utes (9-4), led by Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl MVP Travis Wilson (No. 7 pictured celebrating with teammates after the game on the podium), rolled the Colorado State Rams (10-3) 45-10 behind 359 yards rushing and five touchdowns. Aside from passing for 158 yards and a score, Wilson accounted for three additional touchdowns on the ground.

Aggies win high-scoring shootout


The Texas A&M Aggies used a balanced attack (235 yards rushing, 294 yards passing) to hold off the West Virginia Mountaineers 45-31 in a high-scoring Auto Zone Liberty Bowl battle. Mountaineers defensive back KJ Dillon (No. 9 pictured) made sure it wouldn't be easy with this 35-yard interception touchdown in the first quarter.

Arkansas Razorbacks


The Arkansas Razorbacks (7-6) owned the Texas Longhorns (6-7) in a resounding 31-7 AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl victory on Monday night.  After posting two shutouts late in the year versus Mississippi and LSU, the Razorbacks held Texas to just 59 yards of total offense, the lowest figure by any team in the FBS in 2014.
